GOLDR provides an efficient and quality service to its customers, so after confirmation of payment we proceed immediately to the preparation of all our orders to be shipped from our physical shop located in Galicia, Spain.
An email will be sent to be able to track the order correctly, also in your customer account you can check the status of the order at any time.
Shipping costs and times:
- SPAIN (24/48h) : 4,95 EUROS. *Except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla (48/72h) -Cabrera, Formentera (72/96h) : consult shipping cost.
- PORTUGAL (24/48h) : 5,95 EUROS. *Except Madeira, Porto Santo, Azores (72/96h): consult shipping cost.

Our packages will be sent through Envialia.
- FREE PICK-UP IN PHYSICAL STORE: We have the free option of picking up your order in our physical shop in C/Plaza de Galicia nº3 Carnota, A Coruña, 15293. Orders with the option of in-store collection have a maximum period of 15 days to be collected.
- DELIVERY PENINSULA AND PORTUGAL: The transport will make two delivery attempts, if due to absence it is not possible to deliver the order, it will be available to the customer in the corresponding delegation for collection, within a maximum period of 10 days.
Orders that are not picked up at the branch office after the expiry of the 10-day period from their deposit, will be returned to their origin minus the shipping and return costs incurred.
GOLDR is not responsible for any additional costs.
If the shipping information provided by the customer is not correct and the package is lost we are not responsible, so make sure that all data are correct when placing an order and if it is returned to origin (to our physical shop) the customer will have to bear the costs of the new shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete information, it is very important to cover all the necessary data for correct shipment.
